Alley Lyles-Jenkins
is a product strategist and designer who specializes in user-centric product development and digital transformation for technology brands. Alley’s high-powered positions over the years have enabled her to work in-house and at agencies where she supported Fortune 50 companies and international start-ups. Her reputation for being a bright thought leader in her field led to two 40 Under 40 Award nominations by the Houston Business Journal, and, an award for Digital Transformation Leader of the Year by Women in Technology. She launched her consulting company in 2016 to provide small and large tech companies with digital services, including Agile-based product development, product marketing, and exquisite user experience design.
While earning a Master’s from Columbia University, Alley served on former Mayor Michael Bloomberg's first digital team to implement the City of New York's premier Digital Roadmap. A year later, she worked for Dell Business Consulting Services (now NTT Data) as the Consulting Principal for AIG, Adobe Systems, Dell Consumer Marketing and Dell Social Marketing. This leadership position brought Alley to the boardroom where she interfaced with CEOs to turn their corporate marketing goals into reality. The experience strengthened Alley’s desire to help businesses grow efficiently and creatively. She transitioned from in-house to a successful agency career, working on major projects for big brands like ExxonMobil, Neste US, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
As a consultant, Alley is a digital transformation strategist who is razor-focused on providing ROI to clients. In doing so, she analyzes the business to develop a marketing plan. She also becomes more hands-on by staying with her clients for the long haul to help them adapt and hone in on the best strategies to provide long-term growth.
Alley earned a B.A. in Sociology from Rice University. Then she was awarded a $15,000 scholarship that enabled her to receive an International Marketing certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is based in Austin, Texas.
